Nanopatterned Substrates
for Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy
Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy is a powerful analytical tool with a big potential. Intensive studies during past decade lead to a continuously growing number of substrate vendors, however the price and reproducibility are remaining problems of SERS substrates.
SERS substrates are manufactured using nanoreplication technique, thus they are pieces of plastic with myriads of nanostructures on them.
